COLLECTION COSTS: You promise to pay all costs of collecting the amount you owe under this agreement including court costs and reasonable attorney fees. Effeective January 1,2005, the Credit Union will impose a late fee of $20.00 if a loan payment is not received by the 10th day of the month following the month in which the payment was due. This fee is necessary due to the costs of the collection efforts on delinquent loans.
